7 weeks in London and tourist selfies are still fun

First off, sorry this week is so late! A Funday Sunday lasted forever then washing needed to be done on Monday and before I knew it's Wednesday morning and I'm having a lazy one before Topshop! 

Week 7 at placement flew past again, it was a quieter one with admin tasks and lots of calls. It was pancake day on Tuesday though so we were treated to some pancakes for lunch! On Tuesday night me and Michelle tried to make some pancakes of our own, but that was a complete disaster and there's not even photographic evidence. Fail. 

We decided to go out for a few drinks on Friday night to celebrate the end of another week at our placements, and we ended up in Leister Square for some frozen strawberry daiquiris, my favourite! 



After hearing that the weekend was gonna be warm and sunny, we soon made plans to spend it in the sun! On Saturday morning we headed back to the Breakfast Club for another round of their amazing All American - pancakes with bacon and sausages, covered in maple syrup! It wouldn't have been complete without an Elvis shake, peanut butter and banana, amazing. 



  To make the most of the sunshine we went to St James park for the afternoon, and it was so beautiful! 

We walked down the Mall to Trafalger Square, then all up Regent Street untill we found Carnaby Street where we looked at all the cute shops! Before we headed to the flat we somehow ended up in Topshop, oooops. 
It was 17 degrees on Sunday and it was the best day ever! Definitely one of my favourite days in London so far! We rented Boris bikes and cycled all around Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace in the sun. Of course we took some more selfies with the Queen! It was so much fun! We spent the whole day on our bikes and even got some more back in Bethnal Green and cycled to London Fields for a few drinks outside in some of the cute pubs. 


Some random guy joined in and we never even notice...funny! 




Weekends in London are the best! Only 4 more till I'm heading home it's crazy!
